ALMONT — Almont’s Marko Radisavljevic and Manny Goldstein suited up for Team Dennis in a 76-64 setback to Team Brady at the Blue Water Senior All-Star Basketball Game last Wednesday evening.

Cros-Lex High School is where the action unfolded.

In Wednesday’s matchup, Team Dennis spotted Team Brady a 12-0 advantage.

They then bounced back with a 35-15 run, good for a 35-27 advantage at the hald.

The start of the second half would see the momentum shift back over to Team Brady’s side. Aided by a 17-0 outburst, they went ahead 44-35.

Team Brady then outscored them 32-29 the rest of the way, closing out a favorable 76-64 verdict.

Radisavljevic supplied the top Almont point total, finishing with eight. He drained two trifectas along the way.

Goldstein did not reach the scoring column for Team Dennis, but did contribute with a a strong defensive showing.

They were joined on Team Dennis by Owen Salisbury (Marine City), Brayden Bender (Sandusky), Gavin Espinoza (Cros-Lex), Jimmy Krampits (Cros-Lex) and Cam Franzel (Cros-Lex).

Jalen Browning (Richmond), Liam Adams (Marine City), Liam Nesbitt (St. Clair), Keegan Shierlinger (North Branch), Alex Gerard (Cardinal Mooney), Brian Everhart (Cardinal Mooney) and Connor Jakubiak (Yale) competed for the winning Team Brady side that evening.
