Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, DeLuca, Ramirez; Sadler, Yockey; Commissioners absent: Tanis; Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, DDA Director Christine Malzahn, DPW Superintendent Ed Priehs, Police Chief Brett Selby, Police Sergeant Sean Leathers, Fire Chief Keith Klobucar, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments $192,374.56; Amendment to Ordinance 20; CDBG Payment #3 to Boddy Construction $293,209.63; Dump Truck Purchase $225,932; Purchasing Policy Revision; Special Event Application-Gateway Assembly Gas Giveaway July 16 9 a.m.-1 p.m.; Special Event Application Friends of Polly Ann Trail Run/Walk June 1 7:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. NW corner ICHS parking lot Adjournment 8:21 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
