TRI-CITY AREA — Almont turned back host Imlay City, 8-0, in a Blue Water Area Conference girls’ soccer clash on Tuesday, April 23.

Lola Battaglia paced Almont with a five-goal performance. The Raiders also received one goal each from Nora Sinistaj, Nora Yarbrough and Callie McCarthy.

Yarbrough (two) along with Natalie Radisavljevic, Abby Chaney and Battaglia (one apiece) contributed Almont’s assists.

Anna LeBroski was the winning Almont goalkeeper. She wound up with five saves.

Kendal Donahue drew the goalkeeping assignment for Imlay City. She finished with 12 saves.
