TRI-CITY AREA — Cam Bourdeau carded a medalist round of 35 and Jacob Fuller posted a 41, leading the Almont boys’ golf team to a first-place showing at a Blue Water Area Conference Jamboree Monday afternoon.

Castle Creek Golf Course, in Lum, is where the action unfolded.

Almont’s winning total was a 162. They were followed by Cros-Lex (169), Richmond (178), North Branch and Armada (184 each), Yale (207) and Imlay City (220).

Nolan Roszczewski and Jaxon Szlaga rounded out Almont’s top-four golfers that day. They managed a 42 and a 44, respectively.

Carter Couzens and Nicholas Chind paced Imlay City with 54s. The Spartans also counted 56s from Quintin Ramirez and Anthony Chippewa.
