NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing before the Almont Township Planning Commission on Wednesday/ February 14, 2024 at the Almont Township Hall, 819 N. Main Street, Almont, Ml 48003, beginning at 7 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Special Land Use application as presented by JadeI, Ltd. to construct self-storage units on property known as 3900 Van Dyke or 44-001-009-031-07 (the N.W. corner of Van Dyke and Dryden Roads). The property in question is currently zoned Industrial. All documents pertaining to said Special Land Use application will be available for inspection at the Township Office during regular business hours of Monday thru Thursday between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. and will be available at the time and place of the meeting. All interested citizens will be given an opportunity to comment on this application. Written comments may be submitted up to the time of the meeting at the Township Hall.
