An action seeking to quiet title to real property described as The N 12 feet of Lot 5 and the S 12 feet of Lot 4, Bl 20, Village (now City) of Imlay City (plat known as Palmer’s Original Plat), Lapeer County, MI. has been commenced by the Plaintiff in the Circuit Court for the County of Lapeer, Michigan against Howard
Cartright and Suzanne Cartright, Debbie Cook, David Delannoy and Don Cartwright, their unknown heirs, assigns and successors in interest to quiet the title to said real property in the name of the Plaintiff. The Defendants must answer or take such other action permitted by law within 28 days after the last date of publication. If the Defendants do not answer or take other action within the time frame allowed, judgment may be entered against them for the relief demanded in the complaint.”
