The Berlin Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on December 7, 2023, @ 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at 740 Capac Road, Allenton, MI. The purpose of the hearing is to collect input on a Zoning Ordinance Variance located at 353 North Avenue, parcel 74-09-036-1011-000. The variance is for a 1.373 (one point three seven three) acre parcel division when the minimum required lot size in the A-Agriculture zoning district is two (2) acres.
Copies of the application are available for inspection at Township Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the public hearing. Written comments may be submitted up to 5 p.m. the day of the hearing.
