Bazco Oil Holdings, LLC is appealing the July 27, 2023, and September 28, 2023, recommendations/decisions by the Planning Commission and the October 12, 2023, Township Board to deny special land use and site plan requests for development of a gas station and drive-thru restaurant at [44-003-027-020-10] which is vacant property located at the intersection of Lake Pleasant and Newark Roads. The Attica Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a hearing on those appeals on December 7, 2023, at 7 p.m. at the Attica Township Hall located at 4350 Peppermill Road, Attica, Michigan 48412. Persons wishing to be heard on the appeals may do so at this hearing or in writings addressed to the Township Clerk at 4350 Peppermill Road, P.O. Box 86, Attica, Michigan 48412 and received by her no later than the hearing date.
