Margaret Mary Satkowski, age 70, of Arcadia Township, MI died Sunday, November 5, 2023, at her home. Margaret Hall was born May 28, 1953, in Detroit, MI. She is the daughter of the late Donald and the late Loretta (Doetsch) Hall. Margaret grew up in Detroit and she was a graduate of Denby High School, Class of 1971. She married John Satkowski on May 10, 1976, at Detroit, MI. After Margaret and John married, they moved to Arcadia Township; have lived there since 1977.
Margaret was a Team Leader at Lapeer Fabricators for many years until she retired. She enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter, reading, cross-word puzzles, visiting with her sisters, and watching hockey and baseball.
She is survived by her husband, John Satkowski; her daughter, Dawn Hallock of Arcadia Township; her son, Jeffrey Satkowski of Elba Twp; her granddaughter, Alyssa Thompson; sisters, Eileen Hall of Marysville and Kathy Jasman of Utica.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Loretta Hall; sisters, Patricia Rinke and Rosemary Lawrence; brothers, Donald Hall and Gene Hall.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 700 Maple Vista, Imlay City, MI. Burial will follow in Arcadia Township Cemetery.
The family will be available for visiting hours from 9 a.m.-10 a.m. Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 700 Maple Vista, Imlay City, MI.
