MINUTES OF October 12, 2023
SYNOPSIS
The meeting was called to order at 7:25 p.m. by Supervisor Ochadleus.
Present were: Supervisor Ochadleus, Clerk Schultz, Treasurer Mason, Trustee Winslow and Trustee Herpolsheimer. Absent: None.
The audit by King & King CPAs was accepted as presented.
A five-year audit contract with King & King CPAs was approved.
The July 27, 2023, Special Land Use request and Site Plan for Bazco Oil Holdings, LLC was denied.
The September 28, 2023, Special Land Use request and Site Plan for Bazco Oil Holdings, LLC was denied.
The purchase of mandated election equipment was approved.
Meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
