REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY,
OCTOBER 16, 2023
President Hlubic called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Council Members present were Joe Herrington, Mary Klug, Joe Nemecek, Samantha Ramirez, Tony Vigiletti, and Village President Debra Hlubic. Also, present were Village Manager Travis Youatt, and Clerk LeAnn Brewer.
Motions passed by Council were to approve October 16, 2023, Regular Agenda, September 18, 2023, Regular Meeting Minutes, September 25, 2023, Special Meeting Minutes, bills in the amount of $134,606.92, a proposal from T.G. Priehs in the amount of $7,700 to do patchwork repairs at W. Mill St., 106 Hill St., 103 W. Aldridge, 115 W. Kempf, 402-408 N. Glassford, to approve Amendment NO. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement for DWSRF Design Engineering in accordance with the Fleis and Vandenbrink Engineering Inc. proposal letter dated October 12, 2023, for a Water System Improvement Project for the Village of Capac, authorize the Treasurer to transfer funds in the amount of $32,925.41 to the Village of Capac Downtown Development Authority, approve purchases of future property, authorize a bill in the amount of $1550 for sewer line repairs.
