TRI-CITY AREA — Imlay City handed visiting Almont a 25-9, 25-13, 25-17 setback in a Blue Water Area Conference varsity volleyball confrontation on Tuesday, October 10.

Chloe Bruman (17), Makayla Bruman (eight), Makenzie Craven and Yannet Zepeda (seven each), Brie Hund (two) and Lexa Forti (one) provided Imlay City’s kills.

Forti (nine), Makayla Bruman and Chloe Bruman (seven apiece), Aubrey Dundas (six), Zepeda (five) and Trinity Sollman (two) managed Imlay City’s digs.

Craven contributed two blocks to Imlay City’s cause.

A group consisting of Makayla Bruman (four), Forti (three), Zepeda (two) plus Chloe Bruman and Sollman (one each) registered Imlay City’s ace serves.

Imlay City also received 30 set assists courtesy of Makayla Bruman.

Sidni Brinker (four) along with Genesis Fisher, Samantha Hill, Lydia LaCavera and Lola Battaglia (one apiece) managed Almont’s kills.

Brinker (10), Fisher (nine), LaCavera (six) and Hill (two) provided Almont’s digs.

Fisher (three) along with Allison Williams and Fisher (one each) added Almont’s service points.
