A text amendment to the Village of Almont Zoning Ordinance to amend Article 9- Zoning Districts to add regulations regarding food trucks.
THE VILLAGE OF ALMONT HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Amendments to Article 9 Zoning Districts
SECTION 2. Severability
SECTION 3 Conflict
SECTION 4 Adoption
The undersigned President and Clerk of the Village of Almont hereby certify that this ordinance was presented for first reading at a Regular Meeting of the Almont Village Council held on the 3rd day of October 2023 and was published in the Tri-City Times on the 11th day of October 2023.
