Marie Trupiano, age 68, of Imlay City, Michigan died Monday, October 9, 2023 at Lake Huron Medical Center of Port Huron, MI. Anna Marie Carmona was born February 10, 1955 in Detroit, MI. She is the daughter of the late Noe and the late Angelina (Dominguez) Carmona. Marie grew up and attended high school in Detroit, MI. She married Anthony “Tony” Trupiano on October 30, 1979 in Imlay City, Michigan. Marie and Tony moved to the Imlay City area in 1979.
She was employed as a sales clerk in Imlay City, MI through the years by: Creation Flowers, Nellies de Garb, and Mrs. Sax. Marie was a member of the Red Hat Society.
Marie enjoyed riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle. She was always helping everyone around the community, taking care of her brothers, and doing dove releases for funerals and helping with special events.
She is survived by: her husband, Tony Trupiano; daughter, Tina Trupiano of Taylor, MI; her son, Anthony (Mandy Just) Trupiano of Attica, MI; sister, Eva (Alan G.) Carmona of Grosse Isle, MI and her brother, Abel Carmona of Almont, MI. She is also survived by: her grandchildren, Carmen (Cameron Johnson) Trupiano, Logan Trupiano, Eva Trupiano, Jason Sullivan, Nicolas Nicoletti, and Wyatt Wilcox; and a great-daughter on the way, Shelby Ann Marie.
Marie was preceded in death by: her parents, Noe & Angelina Carmona; son, David Trupiano; and her brothers, Noe Carmona and Cosme Carmona.
The funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City, 225 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI. Interment will follow at Imlay Township Cemetery.
The family will be available for visitation 6-8 pm, Thursday, October 12th, 2-5 & 6-8 pm, Friday, October 13th, and 10-11 am, Saturday, October 14th at Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City.
