SYNOPSIS
Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, DeLuca, Ramirez, Sadler, Tanis, Yockey. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, Fire Chief Rick Horton, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments $3,437,597.89; Proclamation Presentation: Fire Chief Rick Horton; Special Event Permit-Sacred Heart Church Car and Craft Show; October 7 at 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Special Event Permit-Imlay City School Homecoming Parade Permit, October 13 at 5 p.m.; Adjournment 7:29 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
