SPECIAL MEETING

SEPTEMBER 25, 2023
President Debra Hlubic called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Council Members present were Joe Herrington, Mary Klug, Lynne Mandeville, Joe Nemecek, Samantha Ramirez, Tony Vigiletti, Also, present were Village Manager Travis Youatt and Clerk LeAnn Brewer.
Motions passed by Council were to approve the September 25, 2023, Special Meeting Agenda, adopt Ordinance No. 2023-02 an ordinance to amend Chapter 30 to the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Capac by rezoning Parcel I.D. #74-27-033-2004-001 from the Residential District (R1) zoning classification to the Commercial District zoning classification, to accept the resignation of Village Council Member Samantha Ramirez from the Planning Commission Board and appoint Village Council Member, Tony Vigiletti.
