DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE to merge and consolidate the Imlay City Police Department and Fire Department into the Imlay City Department of Public Safety, setting forth the powers and authorities of the newly-created Department, providing for its administration and repealing all Ordinances or Resolutions in conflict therewith.
A full copy of the Department of Public Safety Ordinance is available for inspection at the 150 N Main Street, Imlay City, MI, 48444, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday by appointment and on the City’s website at www.imlaycity.org or contact the City at 810-724-2135 for a copy.
