ALMONT — Almont turned back visiting North Branch, 8-0, in a Blue Water Area Conference boys’ soccer meeting Monday afternoon.
Pjeter Lucaj led Almont with three goals. Bashkim Sinishtaj, Stojan Tasevski, Sean O’Neil, Gabriel Nucolovic and Gio Cardona added one goal each to the Raiders’ cause.
Tasevski (two) plus Tyler Brown, Nicholas Morfino, Cardona, Lucaj and Nucolovic (one apiece) notched Almont’s assists.
Bain Abitheira was the winning Almont goalkeeper. He registered four saves.
