TRI-CITY AREA — The Almont and Imlay City girls’ golf teams took first and seventh, respectively, Monday at a Blue Water Area Conference match hosted by Timberwood Golf Course in Armada.
Almont won the event with a 180 total. They were followed by Armada (202), Rochester Lutheran Northwest (206), Yale (217), Richmond (218), North Branch (239) and Imlay City (248).
Jesse Kautz led Almont with a 41. The Raiders also counted Olivia Kotelnicki’s 43, Tara Tencza’s 47 and Rachael Johnson’s 49.
Alexa Lengemann paced Imlay City with a 46. She was backed by Lakynn Alessandrini (65), Payton Day (66) and Summer Belleville (71).
