The Settlor, Cecilia J. Miller, DOB November 12, 1930, who lived at 4930 Attica Road, Attica, MI 48412 died July 27, 2023. There is no Personal Representative of the settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Paul H. Miller and Cecilia J. Miller Family Trust NO. 1 dated April 2, 2002, as amended, will forever banned unless presented to Lisa Bublitz, 4930 Attica Road, Attica, MI 48412, Trustee, within four (4) months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
