Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, City Attorney Robert Seibert, DDA Director Christine Malzahn, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with bill payments $866,515.08; Public Safety Ordinance-First Reading; Sage Creek Final Sale Execution Draft; Old School Park Pavilion Location; 2023 Fee Schedule; Resolution 2023-14 Farmers Market Pavilion Grant Application; Public Dedication of Trestle Sidewalk Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the site of the new Trestle Sidewalk; Adjournment 8 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
