Notice is hereby given that on September 19, 2023 at 7 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the Imlay City Commission Chambers, 150 North Main Street, Imlay City, Lapeer County, Michigan.
A public hearing will be held before the City of Imlay City Commission.
This hearing will consider all proposals submitted for the development and sale of the following described property:

Parcel #I19-59-100-002-00 commonly known as 406 E Third Street
