NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
The Attica Township Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Thursday September 28, 2023 at the Township Hall located at 4350 Peppermill Road. The public hearing is to consider the following request:
To consider a special land use request for a short-term rental by Joshua Bishop proposed to be located at 4690 Imlay City Road.
This meeting is open to the public. Anyone wishing to comment on this item but unable to attend the meeting may send their comments to Attica Township Planning Commission, P.O. Box 86, Attica 48412. Written public comments need to be submitted by Thursday September 28 at 1 pm. A copy of the special land use application is available at the Attica Township Hall, 4350 Peppermill Road, Attica 48412 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday thru Thursday.
