NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
The Attica Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at the Attica Township Hall located at 4350 Peppermill Road. The public hearing is to consider the following request:
To consider a special land use request and site plan review for a gasoline filling station and drive through restaurant by Bazco Oil Holdings proposed to be located at the intersection of Lake Pleasant Road and Newark Road also known as (parcel # 44-003-021-034-00).
This meeting is open to the public. Anyone wishing to comment on this item but is unable to attend the meeting may send their comments to the Attica Township Planning Commission, P.O. Box 86, Attica, MI 48412. A copy of the special land use application is available for review at the Attica Township Hall 4350 Peppermill Road, Attica, MI 48412 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
