REGULAR MEETING

SYNOPSIS
President Schneider called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. Councilmembers present were Dyke, Feldman, Glasser, Kuligowski, Steffler and Schneider. Staff members present were Village Manager David Trent, Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler and Intern Cameron Joseph.
Approved the agenda; approved the consent agenda; Round table vote was taken for the replacement of Councilmember Calka, Councilmember Powell was sworn in to a term which will expire in November 2024 and was seated; Councilmember Steffler was appointed as the Council Representative on the Parks & Recreation Board; approved the installment purchase contract for the 2023 Dodge Durango, as presented with Tri-County Bank as the lender; approved to adopt Resolution 23-08-01, Authorizing installment purchase contract for the 2023 Dodge Durango Pursuit AWD for the Police Department; approved to accept the 2-year contract from HydroCorp in a total contract amount of $9,696.00, as presented; consensus of Council to table the first reading of Ordinance #180.2.
