CLARIFICATION OF LANGUAGE

KEEPING OF ANIMALS
Please take notice that the Mussey Township Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 7 p.m. at the Mussey Township Hall located at 135 N. Main St., Capac, MI.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive comment from residents, property owners, and the general public regarding clarification of language to the Mussey Township Ordinance #36– Keeping of Animals. Changes to the Ordinance are in the following paragraphs: Section VII– Keeping of animals, paragraph B–lot description and regulation.
A copy of the full text of the proposed amendment may be examined or obtained at the Mussey Township Office at 135 N. Main Street during regularly posted office hours. Comments regarding the proposed text amendment will be received at the Public Hearing and may also be made in writing to the Mussey Township Planning Commission at P.O. Box 118, Capac, MI 48014. Written comments will be received until the close of the business on September 25, 2023.
