REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY,
AUGUST 21, 2023
President Hlubic called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Council Members present were Joe Herrington, Mary Klug, Lynne Mandeville, Samantha Ramirez, Tony Vigiletti, and Village President, Debra Hlubic. Council Member absent: Joe Nemecek. Also, present were Village Manager, Travis Youatt, and Clerk, LeAnn Brewer.
Motions passed by Council were to approve the August 21, 2023, Regular Agenda and to approve the August 21, 2023 Consent Agenda items as presented, to approve up to the amount of $5,800.00 for the purchase of a Hydrant Buddy, to authorize Village President, Debra Hlubic to sign the 2023 St. Clair County Parks and Recreation Commission 2023 Request for Local Milage Distribution, to amend Ordinance No. 18.2 section 2-199 civil fines payable to the Capac Police Department, Adjournment 8:30 p.m.
