NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of Capac Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Capac American Legion Hall, 115 N. Main St., Capac, MI 48014. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a proposed rezoning from AG, Agricultural District to Commercial District on the following described property (owned by Blue Water Real Estate Management Company, L.L.C.).
Vacant land located in the Village of Capac, County of St. Clair, State of Michigan,
Parcel ID #74-27-033-2004-001, more fully described as:

A Complete listing along with a location map of the property proposed for rezoning may be examined at the Village of Capac Office, Monday through Friday, except holidays, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Written comments may be sent to the Planning Commission, at 113 N. Main St., P.O. Box 218, Capac, MI 48014, prior to the hearing. Verbal comments will be taken during the public hearing.
