PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that JOANNE M. STEVENS, who was the Settlor and Original Trustee of THE JOANNE M. STEVENS REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT u/a/d April 20, 2011, as amended, and who lived at 58455 Clear Lake Road, Brown City, MI 48416, died July 22, 2023.
The Co-Successor Trustees of said Trust are Sandra M. Turner and Christopher A. Stevens.
Creditors of JOANNE M. STEVENS and THE JOANNE M. STEVENS REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT u/a/d April 20, 2011, as amended, will be forever barred unless claims are presented to Sandra M. Turner and Christopher A. Stevens within (4) months after the date of publication of this Notice.
