NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Imlay City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing concerning a request submitted by Alejandro Salcedo Barajas, owner of vacant property east of M-53 on the south side of Capac Road. The applicant is requesting approval for a Special Land Use on property zoned B3 to operate a landscape nursery. The Parcel Identification Number is I19-74-200-002-00. The public hearing will be conducted during the next regular meeting of the Imlay City Planning Commission which is scheduled for Tuesday, September 26, 2023, beginning at 6 p.m. in the Imlay City Chambers at 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444.
