SYNOPSIS
President Schneider called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Calka, Dyke, Feldman, Glasser, Steffler and Schneider. Councilmember Kuligowski was absent. Staff members present were Village Manager David Trent and Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler.
Approved the agenda; approved the consent agenda, with corrections; approved to accept Councilmember Calka’s resignation, effective July 5, 2023 at the end of this meeting; approved to enter into closed session in accordance with Section 8(c) of the Open Meetings Act, being Public Act 267 of 1976, for strategy and negotiation sessions connected with the negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement, entered at 8:28, returned at 9:02 p.m.
The meeting adjourned at 9:02 p.m.
