Imlay Township Zoning Board of Appeals will be continuing a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday September 12, 2023, at the Township Hall located at 682 N. Fairgrounds Road. The public hearing is to consider the follow request:
To consider the variances request by Gary and Susan Geirmonperiz who are proposing to construct a pole barn located in the front yard and front yard setback located at 6543 Hunter Creek Road. A variance is being requested from Sec. 3.1.2.D and Sec. 5.1.2.B of the township zoning ordinance to allow.
This meeting is open to the public. Anyone wishing to comment on this item but is unable to attend the meeting may send their comments to – Imlay Township Zoning Board of Appeals, 682 North Fairgrounds Road. Written public comments need to be submitted by Monday September 11, 2023 at 1 p.m. A copy of the variance application is available at the Imlay Township Hall 4682 N. Fairgrounds Road between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
