SYNOPSIS
Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, DeLuca, Sadler, Yockey. Commissioners absent: Ramirez, Tanis. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with bill payments $362,756.02; Resolution 2023-13-National Rail Safety Week, Sept 18-24, 2023; Office Hours Adjustment-Wednesday 1PM-4:30PM beginning week of August 28, 2023.
