ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS
for Professional Services
The City of Imlay City Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is seeking proposals for Professional Services for assistance in developing a focused strategic development plan for the DDA District. Proposals will be accepted until 12 pm (Noon) on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. Proposals should be clearly marked “Professional Services – DDA” and submitted to the Office of the DDA Director, Christine Malzahn, 150 North Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444. Specifications may be obtained at the City Hall front desk located at 150 North Main Street, by emailing Christine Malzahn, DDA Director at ddadirector@imlaycity.org or online at www.icdda.com. The DDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Imlay City DDA.
