SYNOPSIS
Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, DeLuca, Ramirez, Sadler, Yockey. Commissioners absent: Tanis. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, City Attorney Robert Seibert, Fire Chief Rick Horton, Police Chief Brett Selby, Police Sergeant Sean Leathers, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with correct minutes and bill payments $572,855.36; Old School Park Pavilion Bid-Tanis Building $32,656 plus $750 for OSB ceiling; Introduction-Javier Sanchez as new recruit to the Police Department; Taser purchase agreement $6,318.
