NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Attica Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Thursday August 24, 2023, at the Township Hall located at 4350 Peppermill Road. The public hearing is to consider the following request:
To consider a special land use request by TeleSite Wireless Inc. on behalf of Verizon for a proposed telecommunication tower to be located on Lake Pleasant Road south of the intersection of Lake Pleasant Road and Newark Road also known as (parcel # 003-027-020-10).
You are receiving this notice because you are located within 300 feet of the subject property. This meeting is open to the public. Anyone wishing to comment on this item but is unable to attend the meeting may send their comments to – Attica Township Planning Commission, P.O. Box 86 Attica 48412. Written public comments need to be submitted by August 24 at 1 p.m. A copy of the special land use application is available at the Attica Township Hall 4350 Peppermill Road Attica 48412 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
