VILLAGE OF CAPAC
SPECIAL MEETING
July 21, 2023
President Hlubic called the meeting to order at 4 p.m. Council Members present were Joe Herrington, Mary Klug, Lynne Mandeville, Joe Nemecek, Samantha Ramirez, and Village President, Debra Hlubic. Council Member absent: Tony Vigiletti. Also, present were Village Manager, Travis Youatt, and Clerk, LeAnn Brewer.
Motions passed by Council were to amend the July 21, 2023 agenda title to Special Council Meeting, to adopt Bond Ordinance 2023-11 for the improvements of the Hill Street Sanitary Sewer Project, to adopt Resolution No. 2023-11 authorizing the incurrence of additional indebtedness in the amount of $250,000 for the purpose of the Hill Street Sanitary Sewer Project.
