ALMONT — The 2023 edition of the Northwood University football team counts Colby Schapman, an Almont High School graduate, among their ranks.
The 6-5 and 197-pound sophomore wide receiver provided Northwood with seven catches for 139 yards a year ago. That works out to an average of 13.6 yards per catch.
Northwood is coming off a 3-8 campaign, including a 2-6 conference showing.
The team kicks off their 2023 season Thursday, August 31 when they entertain Glenville State. That matchup lists a 2 p.m. starting time.
