Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, Ramirez, Sadler, Yockey. Commissioners absent: DeLuca, Tanis. Also present: City Manager Horton, DDA Director Malzahn, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and public. Commissioners approved: Agenda with addition; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments $443,740.08; Reappoint Bob Tanis to Planning; Appoint Frank Demske to Planning; Appoint Luke Stempien and Stu Davis to ZBA; C Horton- MERS Delegate; Closed Session; Adjournment 8:21 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
