VILLAGE OF CAPAC
REGULAR MEETING
JUNE 30, 2023
President Hlubic called the meeting to order at 4 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Council Members present were Joe Herrington, Mary Klug, Lynne Mandeville, Samantha Ramirez, Tony Vigiletti, and Village President, Debra Hlubic. Council Member absent: Joe Nemecek. Also, present were Village Manager, Travis Youatt, and Clerk, LeAnn Brewer.
Motions passed by Council were to approve the June 30, 2023, amended agenda to add the Downtown Development Authority 2023-2024 Fiscal Year Budget under new business, approve the June 20, 2023 meeting minutes as presented, approve the final bills to pay in the amount of $45,477.70, adopt Resolution 2023-09 to annex a parcel of property located in Mussey Township for the development of a Taco Bell restaurant to the Village of Capac and authorize the Village of Capac Manager to sign the petition directed to the Board of Commissioners of St. Clair County requesting annexation of property to the Village, to adopt Loan Resolution 2023-10 in the amount of $1,085,000.00 for the purpose of the Hill Street Sewer Project, to approve the Budget Amendments for the 2022-2023 Fiscal Year as presented, to approve the Downtown Development Authority 2023-2024 Fiscal Year Budget as presented.
