Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, Sadler, Tanis, Yockey. Commissioners absent: DeLuca. Ramirez, Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments $438,043.54; Section 3 Policy; Procurement Policy; Residential Anti-Displacement Plan; Citizen Participation Plan; Grievance Procedure; Non-Discrimination (Handicap); Resolution 2023-12; Section 504 ADA Self-Evaluation; Old School Park Pavilion Bid Request; Well Water Agreement; Special Event Permits-IC Chamber Summer Fest/Parade; Adjournment 7:43 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
