Old School Park Pavilion Bid
The City of Imlay City is requesting sealed bids for construction of a pavilion at Old School Park, located at 320 N. Almont Ave., Imlay City, MI 48444. Bid specifications are available upon request, or can be picked up at City Hall, located at 150 N. Main St., Imlay City, MI 48444. The bid shall be a lump sum bid and shall be submitted in a sealed envelope entitled “Old School Park Pavilion Bid” by no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 28, 2023 to the attention of the City Manager, 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444. The City of Imlay City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
