The Imlay City Summer Fest Cutest Kid Contest is back this year.
Festival organizers say StudioE Photography has again graciously taken time out for this special contest. Children ages six months to five years are invited to enter. There will be a winner and a runner up in each category
Parents are encouraged to sign up now to secure a photo shoot. Photos will be taken through July 15.
