PUBLIC NOTICE
VARIANCE REQUEST
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Imlay City will hold a public hearing on Thursday the 27th day of July 2023 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at City Hall, 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a variance application be to review and consider the variance request of Shannon Mostek, 145 W. Fifth St, I20-04-500-000-00 for the purpose of a variance from Section 6.2 subsection (b), and Section 3.1 subsection (b).
Comments may be submitted in writing or in person. Written comments may be submitted to the Imlay City Clerk at 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444. Persons with disabilities needing accommodations for effective participation should contact the City Clerk a week in advance to request mobility, visual, hearing or other assistance at (810) 724-2135. This meeting is open to all members of the public under Michigan’s Open Meetings Act.
