Chairman Tom Germayne called the regular meeting to order with the pledge at 6 p.m. Commissioners present: Vice-Chairman Walt Bargen, Mayor Joi Kempf, Bob Tanis Commissioners absent: James Blount, Ryan Cinader, John Lengemann. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, Zoning Administrator Lonnie Hayes, DDA Director Christine Malzahn, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and public. Approved: Agenda, Minutes-January 24, 2023.
