NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Attica Township Planning Commission will be continuing a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Thursday July 27, 2023, at the Township Hall located at 4350 Peppermill Road.
The public hearing is to consider a special land use request by Bazco Oil Holdings proposed to be located at the intersection of Lake Pleasant Road and Newark Road also known as (parcel # 44-003-021-034-00).
This meeting is open to the public. Anyone wishing to comment on this item, but is unable to attend the meeting may send their comments to Attica Township Planning Commission, P.O. Box 86, Attica, MI 48412. A copy of the special land use application is available at the Attica Township Hall, 4350 Peppermill Road, Attica, MI 48412 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday thru Thursday.
