ALMONT — Almont standout Jesse Kautz netted an appearance on the honorable mention portion of the Michigan Soccer Coaches Association Division 3 All-State girls’ soccer lineup which was announced recently.
It marks the second straight season she has attained those accolades.
Kautz is coming off a successful 2023 campaign which saw her collect an Almont school record of 35 goals.
That improved on the previous mark of 34 goals she generated her sophomore campaign.
In addition to her statewide recognition this past spring, Kautz was an All-Blue Water Area Conference first team selection as well as an All-District and All-Region choice.
With Kautz’s help, Almont finished the season at 13-4-3 and took second in their Division 3 district.
