ALMONT VILLAGE COUNCIL
REGULAR MEETING MAY 16, 2023 SYNOPSIS
President Schneider called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. Councilmembers present were; Calka, Dyke, Feldman, Glasser, Steffler and Schneider. Councilmember Kuligowski was absent. Staff members present were Village Manager David Trent and Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler.
Approved the agenda; approved the consent agenda with corrections; approved to rescind the motion passed at the March 21, 2023 regular council meeting approving the Planning Commission’s recommendation for contracting with Rowe Professional Services to update the Village’s Master Plan; approved the master plan proposal from Wade Trim dated May 10, 2023 to provide master plan services to the Village in the amount of $19,500 as presented; approved to enter into a professional services agreement with Wade Trim; approved to adopt Resolution # 23-05-01, adopting a Final Project Planning Document for Drinking Water System Improvements and Designating an Authorized Project Representative as stated in the resolution;
