SYNOPSIS
President Schneider called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were; Calka, Dyke, Feldman, Glasser, Steffler and Schneider. Staff members present were Village Manager David Trent, Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler, Police Chief Andrew Martin, DPW Superintendent Bryan Treat and Village Attorney Brandon Fournier.
Approved the agenda; approved the consent agenda; approved to appoint Mr. Edward Kuligowski as Village Councilmember; approved the sale of the 2001 F350 one-ton truck at the upcoming auction to be held April 28 and 29 at the Eastern Michigan Fairgrounds; approved to appoint President Steve Schneider as an alternate to the Zoning Board of Appeals; approved to accept the quote from Ultimate Asphalt in the amount of $6,550; approved to enter into closed session in accordance with Sections 8 e and 8 h of the Michigan Open Meetings Act, being Public Act 267 of 1976, to discuss settlement strategy in connection with Civil Action No. 21-12045, Laura Black V. Almont Village and to discuss attorney client communication.
