TRI-CITY AREA — Almont slipped past host Imlay City, 2-1, in a Blue Water Area Conference girls’ soccer battle Monday.
Jesse Kautz (set up by Avery Peake) and Kautz (assisted by Peake) furnished Almont’s goals.
Allison Williams got the win in net for Almont. She was credited with five saves.
Jessica Peters supplied Imlay City’s goal.
Hanna Fredriksson drew the goalkeeping assignment for Imlay City. She finished with 22 saves.
